Preschool Program: Nutrition This program introduces preschoolers to the basics of healthy eating with stories, songs, activities and food samples. This month we are introducing the five food groups. The children's garden is used to introduce the preschoolers to the idea of fresh produce that they can grow, harvest, cook and eat. This month we are planting the fall crops.

This program is presented in person at Gulf Gate Library. The nutrition portion is presented by a CES/Family Nutrition Program educator.
