This program introduces preschoolers to the basics of healthy eating with stories, songs, activities and food samples. This month's theme is handwashing.

The children's garden is used to introduce the preschoolers to the idea of fresh produce that they can grow, harvest, cook and eat.

The nutrition portion is presented by a CES/Family Nutrition Program educator.
