Feel the Percussive Beat
Whether you have instruments or not, this class will prove that the rhythm is always with you. Using your body, buckets and other "found percussion," participants will create grooves and jam as well as create their own percussion instruments to keep!
The Venice Symphony and Venice Public Library are teaming up to bring you three fun and participatory programs combining:
- stories about music
- learning about musical instruments
- playing instruments
- making your very own instrument!
So, join Director of Education of the Venice Symphony, Tim Ferguson, and Librarian Anisa for any or all of these three harmonious events!
School-age children and tweens.. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Please register each participant separately. We look forward to seeing you for some musical fun!
