Details
The Kingdom of Morocco, a constitutional monarchy, is predominantly Berber but has retained Arabian and European cultural influences. There are Roman ruins from the first century, UNESCO World Heritage ancient cities and the more well-known ones, Casablanca and Marrakech, beautiful coastlines, the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara Desert. There are the exotic sights and sounds of the medinas (old centers) and souks (markets) of the cities as well as the famous ‘blue city,’ Chefchaouen. There is something magical for every explorer here.
Join us for a magical journey through the beaches, desert, and mountains of Morocco as traveler Jane Mahler shares stories and photos.
