Program Description
Peru is a country in western South America that has captivated travelers, explorers, and dreamers for centuries. Peru’s magic lies in its people and their enduring traditions. Known for its breathtaking landscapes, rich history, vibrant culture, and legendary sites, Peru is a land where the past and present blend seamlessly. Join us to visit the land of the Incas, on a journey through the capital city Lima to the ancient capital of the Inca empire Cusco. We will enjoy the archeological ruins and terraced hillsides of the Sacred Valley and the lost city of the Incas, Machu Picchu as well as the mountain villages in the towering Andes and the indigenous traditions of the Uro and Taquile on Lake Titicaca, the world's highest navigable lake.
