 Looking to try a new craft/art form? Join us for our monthly Creation Station drop-in DIY jewelry making sessions!

Join us for an afternoon of creative expression and calm.  Each month we will work on diamond painting a coaster based on a holiday/seasonal theme.  This group is extremely popular, and seating is limited to 8.

With local artist, Shelly Augsbury, to guide you, teens and their families can create their own trinket trays out of air-dry clay.

Work on your own creations or build as a team. We provide the LEGO® bricks, you provide the imagination.

Come and socialize with fellow knitting, crocheting and sewing enthusiasts! All levels welcome. Bring your current project to work on.

For ages 2-5. Join us for story time filled with a variety of early literacy activities that include music, stories, movement, crafts and school readiness. 

Make a pair of beaded earrings or upcycle a piece of jewelry you own. Bring your own beads or use ours.

Bring your projects, patterns, and questions to Elsie Quirk Library and join the Quirky Knitters for an afternoon of knitting and crochet.  All skill levels welcome.  Registration is not required, so come on in to knit and chat!

Rest and relax with a beginner-friendly mandala coaster workshop! Learn how to create beautifully detailed mandala coasters using dot-painting techniques.

Join us for an open-ended, mindful painting session set to relaxing music. Wear your painting clothes and come with all your creativity! We will start with a meditation exercise and then paint whatever subject you like.

LAST Stop is a drop-in program designed for teens in 6th through 12th grade to participate in fun activities, talk with friends, have snacks, and play games.

Join Teresa as she teaches even more difficult origami than she does in her beginner class.

She likes to create items to decorate a home or to give away as a gift. She brings in her own extra work as examples and sometimes to give away.

Where Wildflowers Grow: Watercolors of Sarasota’s Past explores Sarasota’s history through historic wildflower illustrations by local artists and botanists.
