- Nicholas Deitz, Historic Preservation Specialist, Sarasota County History Center

About this Lecture
The Sarasota School of Architecture quickly became one of the most recognizable architectural styles in the county. But where did the ideas behind it come from? Long before the movement took shape locally, architects and designers around the world were experimenting with new ways of thinking about space, materials and modern living.
Join Historic Preservation Specialist Nick Dietz as he explores the modernist ideas that helped inspire the Sarasota School.
