 History Lecture: "Trade Wars, Past and Present: Reflections of a Retired Trade Warrior".," Alfred E. Eckes, a former chairman of the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and eminent research historian, Ohio University, will revisit and analyze prominent trade wars from the 18th century to the present.   Eckes was a decision maker in more than a dozen product trade wars.
