Program Description

Do you find yourself staring at your stability ball in your home wanting to use it, but just don't know how? Discover the foundations of stability ball movement in this beginner-friendly class designed for home practice. You'll learn essential exercises to build strength, balance, and coordination, all while flowing gracefully on the ball. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, breathwork, and body awareness to support safe and effective movement. No experience needed—just have a willingness to move mindfully!

We will have a small amount of balls to try, but bring your own from home if you have one.

Tips: Be sure you can sit on the ball with legs 90 degrees and feet flat on the floor. Wear a single layer of non-slippery clothes and athletic shoes.

Instructor Cinde Carroll has teaching credentials in multiple fitness disciplines and is a lifetime student of body mechanics and movement. She understands movement and the adjustments that can be made to allow for more mobility and ease.
