Program Description
The Health in Motion Bus offers free and low-cost public health services. A registered nurse is available at all visits. Individuals who need follow-up medical care are referred to a primary health care provider. No appointment needed. Nurse consultations and many services are offered at no cost to you. There are fees for some services.
