Program Description

A new class designed for everyone regardless of age or fitness level. Join us to explore basic yoga poses to develop strength, flexibility and balance. This is a perfect class for anyone who’s new to yoga, living with limited mobility, or coming back from an injury. Beginners welcome.

This is an 8-week series, September 5 through October 24.  Attendance at all 8 sessions is suggested, but not required.  Please register for each session you wish to attend.  

Taught by Manching Tom, Certified Yoga Instructor.

*** Please bring a yoga block and strap if available.

*** Waiver Forms will be available and must be completed by each participant before the class.

Please ensure that you are on time. We will begin to let waitlisted people into the class immediately after the start time, and you may lose your spot if you are late. Please cancel your registration if you cannot make it so that others may join. We appreciate your consideration!
