Details
As a yoga instructor and mindfulness coach, Didi integrates balance, strengthening, stretching, and breathwork into her chair yoga classes. In this heart-centered and fun practice, we move our bodies to gain functionality in everyday life, so that reaching, bending, and getting up from chairs or the floor is maintained for quality of life. We also touch on yogic philosophy and some of the Sanskrit terms and theories of mind-boy connection and peace.
Space is limited to 40 participants. First come, first seated.
