Program Description
Unwind and get fit with this beginner-friendly guided yoga class for teens and tweens! Join us for an hour-long lesson and learn basic yoga and breathing exercises that can be used in your everyday life. Registration required.
Note: Yoga mats provided. It is encouraged that participants bring water and wear yoga appropriate attire (e.g. loose-fitting clothing such as simple t-shirts, leggings, sweatpants, socks etc.).
