As we head into a busy time of year, take some time for yourself with our Mindfulness Art Series!
In part one of our Mindfulness Art Series we will be diving into reverse coloring - using alcohol inks or watercolors create your colorful page then draw in your shapes and lines.
Registration required as space is limited.
Part Two on November 17 of our Mindfulness Series allows you to explore neurographic art by creating a neurographic animal art piece! All you need is to bring a 4x6 inch picture of your favorite animal or pet and we will supply the rest! To register for this session please click here.
