The Reading Discussion Group meets the 3rd Thursday of each month October through April. Selected titles will be available for checkout from the Sarasota County Library System. Sponsored by the Friends of Elsie Quirk Library. Title for December: "The Tattooist of Auschwitz" by Heather Morris. A vivid, harrowing, and ultimately hopeful re-creation of Lale Sokolov's experiences as the man who tattooed prisoners with what would become one of the most potent symbols of the Holocaust.
