Details
Are there oceans on other worlds? Yes! Earth is not alone. Scientists have found worlds deeper in our Solar System with oceans hidden beneath their icy surfaces.
NASA is planning missions to study “ocean worlds” since the story of water is also the story of life. Learning more about these dwarf planets and Moons offers clues in the quest to discover life beyond our home planet and possibly answers the question “Is there life beyond Earth?”
Join Linda McKenna, NASA Solar System Ambassador, for a STEM activity to learn more about these faraway Ocean Worlds. Children will participate in a hands-on activity to explore these alien worlds.
For Children ages 7-12. Parents are welcome to attend also.
