Join Chef Warren as he shares dozens of kitchen tips, cooking hints, and humorous anecdotes about the joys and challenges of healthy southern cooking for two. Chef Warren will share a bit of southern cuisine history, explain how the basic ingredients for traditional dishes are inherently healthy (it’s the traditional preparation of those ingredients that can lead to health problems), and how to make easy changes to southern cuisine that will make them much healthier while still embodying the delicious flavor, and more.

Chef Warren will end the presentation with a cooking demonstration, preparing a healthy dish that anyone can replicate in their home in less than 15 minutes. Each attendee will receive a sample of the prepared dish.
