Stop by the Health in Motion Bus to talk to a Nurse with the Florida Health Department with any questions you might have!

Services offered include health screenings such as blood pressure checks, diabetes-glucose screening, HIV and STD testing, tips for staying healthy and more! 

Referrals for medical care, dental care, and other services.  

No appointment required.
