Details

Cooking Matters for Chefs and Kids uses flexible hands-on lessons to develop a love for cooking and the skills to make healthy food choices. Lessons include meal planning tips, activities, handouts, recipes, and food tastings. 

This program is presented by a Nutrition Educator from the UF/IFAS Extension Family Nutrition Program

For children ages 5-7. Space is limited and registration is required. Please register for each session that you plan on attending.
