Computer Class:  Free Virus Protection for Windows Computers (Windows Defender, Glary Utilities, CCleaner)

You may choose to pay for a computer virus protection package, but Windows Defender is free with Windows.  In this class we will demonstrate Windows Defender and how to use some of its options.  In addition, we will explore two other FREE apps that will scan your device for problems and fix them (Glary Utilities and CCleaner).  The class will not have time to explain the many other virus protection apps that are available (some are free) but your questions about virus protection and maintenance tools are welcome.

For this class you will need to know how to use a computer keyboard and mouse

Laptops will be provided but please let us know if you would like to bring your own.
