Program Description

Details

The ocean is a model, like the members of a symphony orchestra, each with their role of working together for balance and beauty. One of the most important parts of the ocean is the coral reef. Participants will join together with artist, Donna Wissinger to learn how many different roles are important for rebuilding our reefs, while having fun building instruments that mimic underwater sounds. Participants will also work as professionals working to rebuild the reef, act as the indicator species that reveal that the reef is healthy, and learn about the science that is being developed to preserve the reef.

For ages 5 to adult. Registration is required and limited to 20 participants.
