Program Description

Details

From the chair, to the earth, and up into the sky! Get moving and learn a little about your amazing human body in this light-hearted exercise class with youth librarian, Heather Tweed, BSN, RN, MLIS, RYT-200. Modifications will be offered upon request. Anyone can give this class a try!
