IMPROV FOR BRAIN HEALTH & CAREGIVING:
Improvisation improves our listening and concentration skills while strengthening our capacity to cope, manage anxiety and boost creative thinking—all skills essential to navigating an increasingly complex world of Alzheimer’s caregiving. The process and social-emotional interaction makes improvisation a uniquely effective brain healthy activity. Come join us to learn why improv is good for brain health and how it can be a useful tool for caregiving.

Speaker: Will Luera, BS, Director of Improvisation at Florida Studio Theatre
