Purpose of Meeting
To provide a free and open to the public "Yoga for Beginners" Class
In this 90-minute session participants will be taught UPA Yoga, a simple yet powerful set of ten practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. It is a good starting point for those who are new to yoga, and can be used as a preparation for other yoga practices. It takes only 5-10 minutes to practice daily.
After the session, free ongoing online support will also be available so participants can continue to practice on their own.
Free and open to all age 7 and up. Please bring a yoga mat and a towel, however these practices can also be done in a chair. RSVP Recommended. Walk Ins Welcome
