Join us on Mondays of the month for adult coloring!  We supply the coloring pages and the pencils. Snacks will be provided by the Friends of the Gulf Gate Library. Hope to see you there.

ROAR! is The Ringling's free storytime program that connects art with early literacy. At this program, we read together, make art, and learn about an object in the museum.

Join us at the Fruitville Library with your knit/crochet projects. All ages and skills are welcome. Supplies and knowledgeable members are on hand to help anyone interested in learning to knit or crochet. 

Do you need access to a sewing machine for practice? Or do you need help with a sewing or mending project? This is an open lab for adults with basic sewing machine experience. 

Come and socialize with fellow knitting, crocheting and sewing enthusiasts! All levels welcome. Bring your current project to work on.

Decorate a picture frame using decoupage material or by engraving your art with the Glowforge machine! Glowforge projects may be picked up the following week.

Bring your projects, patterns, and questions to Elsie Quirk Library and join the Quirky Knitters for an afternoon of knitting and crochet.  All skill levels welcome.  Registration is not required, so come on in to knit and chat!

Learn about basic engineering concepts with this exciting STEAM program! First build a simple pompom shooting catapult. Then build a fort out of construction paper, popsicle sticks, and tape.

Recommended for tweens and teens ages 9-18.

Embellish a box by sculpting paper clay creatures and objects onto the surface. Register for part 3, adding feet and finishing touches to your box, on September 25.

Tweens and Teens can write in style this school year by coming to our program that will let them create their very own color changing notebook.

Join other fiber arts enthusiasts on Wednesdays from 5 to 7:30 p.m. in the Selby Rotunda. Bring your crochet, spinning, knitting, or any needle work you enjoy. 

Work on your own creations or build as a team. We provide the LEGO® bricks, you provide the imagination.
