Use 1 of 5 Brother sewing machines on Your Own Project. Must Know How to Sew.  Machines Available on first come first serve basis.

Many people want to grow more of their own food, but do not consider our unique climate when starting a garden. While we may be unable to grow apples, cherries, and pears, we can grow tropical edibles 48 other states cannot.

Join us at the Fruitville Library with your knit/crochet projects. All ages and skills are welcome. Supplies and knowledgeable members are on hand to help anyone interested in learning to knit or crochet. 

Play with paint will allow attendees to experiment with different painting techniques. This month we will explore acrylic paint pours.

Stumped by technology? Your technology questions can be answered through an in-person appointment with one of our Tech Navigators. Tech Navigators are library staff members ready to assist you with technology skills.

Calling all puzzle lovers! Get ready to show off your speed and skills at the North Port Library. Gather your dream team of 3-5 puzzle pros and race to become the ultimate jigsaw champs of the library!

Consider the details.  Channel Monet.  Come join us in painting abstract lupines.  Supplies will be provided but painting attire is suggested and hair dryers are needed.

Join the introductory class and follow step-by-step guidance to transform a book into a stunning work of art.

Mini looms will be used to weave colorful rows of various yarns and fabrics. Library registrants, who have a variety of skill levels, are all welcome to come and weave on the handheld looms to create a mini colorful wall hanging.

Create your own forest friend keychain! We'll learn how to hand-sew a few pieces of felt into an adorable animal. 

Registration is required.  One name per registration, please.
