Join us at the Fruitville Library with your knit/crochet projects. All ages and skills are welcome. Supplies and knowledgeable members are on hand to help anyone interested in learning to knit or crochet.

For ages 2-5. Join us for story time filled with a variety of early literacy activities that include music, stories, movement, crafts and school readiness. 

For infants to five years, attending with caregiver. The story time includes simple stories, nursery rhymes, songs, fingerplays, and crafts. Space is limited. Free tickets are available at the youth desk beginning at 10 a.m.

This program is a unique and sustainable way to explore your creativity and imagination.

Suminigashi is a Japanese printmaking techniques that dates back to the 12th century, and the literal translation is “Floating Ink.” The printmaking techniques will be demonstrated at the beginning of the workshop.

Join us for this exclusive class provided by Little Medical School where you get to learn all about the gross, but important, things your body does, AND you get to make your own slime!  Best for ages 5 - 12. Registration required.

Learn to create a simple 3D printed pen/pencil holder using Tinkercad, a free program that is great for beginners. Staff will print your design on the library's 3D printer, and you may pick it up the following week.

Bookbinding is the process of assembling pages and attaching them to a case to form a complete book. In this workshop, teens will learn the basic techniques of creating a beautiful hardcover case for a book!
