Join author Edward Aldrich on this discussion of history and his book "The Partnership: George Marshall, Henry Stimson, and the Extraordinary Collaboration that Won World War II."

Towards the end of his life, President Dwight Eisenhower said that George Marshall and Henry Stimson were the two greatest Americans he ever met. Ted Aldrich will be speaking about his critically acclaimed book on these two men, one a US Army “lifer” and the other, a legendary “Wall Street lawyer”, who combined their talents, integrity, and work ethic to first prepare America for World War II and then, after Pearl Harbor, win it in a joint effort that Aldrich has argued was the single greatest feat of management in the history of the world.
