 Tai Chi Easy TM  with Gail Pettit, MS, LDO Certified Instructor

Tai Chi Easy TM is a simple, yet effective way of balancing your mind and body. Can be practiced seated or standing. Clear your mind, find inner peace and strengthen your body all at the same time!
