Come make some STEAMpunk jewelry as part of Sarasota's OneBook event!
The typical Steampunk setting (from 1837 to 1901) directly overlaps with the Gilded Age (1807-1900), giving us room to explore the ways sci-fi and retrofuturism intersect with history. In this workshop, create your own pendants, necklaces and earrings using an assemblage of watch parts, cogs, and antique watch cases. Brainstorm using these elements to create a unique jewelry creation with a Steampunk flare!
