Pete “Maverick” Mitchell is back where he belongs after thirty years of Navy service as an elite aviator and fearless boundary bending test pilot. Maverick is assigned to train a group of Top Gun graduates for a specialized mission, where he encounters Lt. Bradley Bradshaw, the son of his late friend and  naval officer, Lt. Nick Bradshaw, aka “Goose.”
