Details
Children and their families are invited to this FREE special event with UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County to learn all about how to use mindfulness to connect with nature. Participants will enjoy engaging activites, a chance to explore a Story Trail for the picture book Charlotte and the Quiet Place, and the first 12 families will receive a goody bag to take home with them!
