Program Description

This beginner-friendly session introduces participants to simple meditation techniques that can easily be incorporated into daily life. We will work on gentle breathing awareness, guided relaxation, and mindfulness. All levels are welcome. 

Taught by certified instructor, Manching Tom. 

***Consider bringing a cushion or pillow for additional support on your chair. This is optional.

***Waiver forms will be available and must be completed for this workshop.
