Program Description
Join the rest of the world to observe the moon on this special night!
This program includes a short lecture by NASA Ambassador Linda McKenna, hands on activities, and outdoor viewing of the moon with telescopes provided by the Sarasota Astronomy Club .
All ages are invited, and registration is recommended. Lights will be turned off in the parking lot for the event. Some flashlights will be available, but patrons are welcome to bring a flashlight.
