The heart of this ensemble is the violin and vocals of Keven Aland, the guitar of Jon McLaughlin and Glenn Stevenson on up-right bass.
Hot Club of SRQ specializes in jazz and swing inspired by the legendary French guitarist Django Reinhardt and violinist Stephane Grappelli. Their show is diverse and unique with the intent to engage everyone but also allow for conversation in a social environment.
Their show is part of this year's One Book, One Community event series. This year's book is The Personal Librarian by Marie Benedict and Victoria Christopher Murrary.
