Expand Your Horizons with Qigong (Chi Kung)
Qigong is an ancient mind body practice integrating slow, gentle movements with the breath and a relaxed state of mind to energize and balance the body to maintain and maximize health and well being. Simply defined, Qigong means cultivation of your vital energy.

Sessions guided by Gail Pettit, M. S. Ed. Certified Qigong and Tai Chi Instructor
Comfortable clothing recommended. All exercises can be done seated or standing.
Seating is limited. Registration required for EACH session date.
