Program Description
Everything in our universe is information and energy vibrating at specific frequencies. Music is a powerful tool to guide consciousness into higher realms and induce healing.Join us as our guide brings the power of a crystal bowl sound bath experience to enhance our health in both mind and body.
Important:
Please bring a personal blanket and pillow to the session if you plan to sit in a chair. If you prefer to lie on the floor (carpeted) please bring a yoga mat too.
