Details
Bursting with spices and flavor, the cuisines of sub-saharan Africa are taking the world by storm. Find out why and learn to create a variety of healthy East and West Coast African dishes. The program features key ingredients and cooking methods from several African regions. The program ends with a cooking presentation that anyone can replicate in their own home in less than 15 minutes!
This is part of our One Book One Community program, whose selection for 2022 is “The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind” by William Kamkwamba.
