Want to have fun like a kid again and get some fitness in too? Try hula hooping!
Amy likens hula hooping to bicycles and the difference between a children’s bike and an adult bike. Bikes have to be the right size and hula hoops have to be the right size. In this class, Amy brings a variety of hoops for students to assess what fits them best to create fitness fun. Amy bases her class on Hoola Fit principles, years of play, and a passion for movement! Start the year out with some fitness fun!
