In his memoir, "All the Beauty in the World: The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Me," Patrick Bringley explores the ways in which his exposure to art through his job as a museum security guard helped him find peace and process his emotions after losing his beloved brother to cancer. This presentation discusses his book as a meditation on art and its capacity to heal on an intellectual and emotional level, along with the history of the Metropolitan Museum and the famous works of art displayed within.
