This six-week workshop introduces or deepens knowledge of mindful meditation, breath work and body alignment. it is designed for any person, regardless of age, body type, disability or gender. At the end of six weeks, this body positive and safe class allows the participant to finish the workshop with their own customized plan for incorporating mindfulness meditation and body awareness into their everyday routine no matter how busy they are. The first half hour of each class period presents information on mindful meditation, breath, and alignment.
Each participant must sign a Sarasota County liability waiver because this event involves exercise by participants in a county facility.
