Purpose of Meeting

How successful one is in life simply depends on how well they can use their mind and body.
This free open to the public one hour session will teach participants learn simple, but powerful yoga postures to bring stability and balance which are the basis of success in life. It takes only 5-10 minutes to do this daily practice. This session does not require any previous experience with yoga and meditation. Free and Open to all age 7 and up.
