Program Description


Yoga for EveryBody

Join Grace Korley, E-RYT 200, for a 45-minute, all-levels yoga class. This class is beginner-friendly, accessible, and inclusive of most ages and abilities. Class will begin in meditation, continue with either chair yoga or gentle seated postures, and end in savasana- final resting pose. The slow, rhythmic pace of this is intended to calm the mind and relax the nervous system. Pose modifications will be offered and encouraged to make this practice truly your own.

This virtual program will be hosted in Zoom. Once you register you will be sent a confirmation email with information about using Zoom.
