Librarian Rob Camastro leads a monthly book discussion group called Cirque D'Book.  A different book title is chosen every month to explore.  Cirque D'Book will meet on the fourth Monday of every month from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM.&nbsp

Create a personalized jewelry or key hanger using a wooden plaque, collage paper, mod podge and easily attached hardware.

Learn sign language using books, rhymes, and songs followed by a special play time.

Drop in to receive research-based lawn, landscape, pest management, and gardening help from the University of Florida.

These sessions are made possible through a partnership with UF/IFAS Extension Sarasota County.

Ages 0 - 5, attending with caregiver. Storytime includes themed stories, songs and a craft.

The Great Books Discussion Group meets the 1st Thursday of each month, November through April. We will finish reading selections from the Great Books Foundation's Great Conversations 5 and then start with Great Conversations 1.

For ages 2-5. Join us for story time filled with a variety of early literacy activities that include music, stories, movement, crafts and school readiness. 

Enjoy a cup of tea while discussing British movies and television series with a very welcoming group.

Join us for an enjoyable craft session in the Creation Station at the  North Port Library! It will be a fun time of learning and building new crafting skills.

Stories, activities, and a puppet show! Recommended for ages 3-5; all ages welcome in the room.

Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Come to the youth desk 30 minutes before the program for a ticket.

Come explore the different options in our Open Lab using self-guided time in the Creation Station. Available equipment includes Cricut Air Explore 2, 3D printing, sewing machines, Glowforge, button makers and more.
