Program Type:Special Events
This hour-long class is meant to equally balance your mind and body, while introducing or deepening knowledge of mindful meditation, breath work, and body alignment. It is designed for any person regardless of age, body type, disability, gender, race, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation. It is a body positive and safe class, which respects individual needs and ability.

You will need a yoga mat. I recommend bringing a blanket and pillow for comfort

Each participant must sign a Sarasota County liability waiver because this event involves exercise by participants in a county facility.
