Buddy up for a painting swap! Teens will pair up in this creative and collaborative project to paint a picture on the same canvas. Participants start their own painting, then swap with a partner to add to the new canvas.

Explore your thoughts and stresses through the creative process to discover problem-solving skills and solutions. Relax with a guided visualization and complete 2-3 drawings followed by discussion. No art experience required or necessary!
