Jam and learn in the Teen Center with your teen teacher, Anni Szantosi, and her numerous instruments! This club is for tween and teen music lovers who want to learn to play an instrument or find people who enjoy music. 

Gamers unite for two hours of social fun where a different Role Playing tabletop game/campaign will be featured every month. From classic multiplayer RPG games like Dungeons & Dragons to Indie games like Wanderlust and Teatime Adventures.

Ages 5 and up. Work on your own creations or build as a team. We provide the LEGOs, you provide the imagination. Creations will be on display in the youth area for one week following the programs.

LAST Stop is a drop-in program designed for teens in 6th through 12th grade to participate in fun activities, talk with friends, have snacks, and play games.

If you like writing your own pieces or would like to grow your creativity, come join us for our Teen Writers Club!  Enhance your writing skills, participate in free-writing exercises and get feedback on written work.

Give your old clothes a spring makeover! Join us to make a customized clothing patch using basic embroidery and sewing techniques. Learn how to transform holes in your outfits into works of art with us!

Want more anime or manga in your life? Whether you’ve just discovered anime or you’ve been reading manga for years, this is the place to meet fellow fans, watch and discuss your favorite series, and eat yummy snacks!

Homeschool Meetup

A Junk Journal Club for enthusiasts.  Please bring your own journal and glue.  Meet new friends and carve out some time for yourself and your thoughts....

Bring your projects, patterns, and questions to Elsie Quirk Library and join the Quirky Knitters for an afternoon of knitting and crochet.  All skill levels welcome.  Registration is not required, so come on in to knit and chat!

The Short Story Discussion group meets once a month from January through March and is moderated by Eileen Kohut. Readings will be from "That Glimpse of Truth: the 100 Finest Short Stories Ever Written" selected and introduced by David Miller.

Join us in the teen center to watch anime, discuss our favorite characters, and enjoy a small craft or art activity!
