Fun To Be Fit Kids is a music and movement program for children and their caregivers to attend together. Classes are designed for children and their caregivers to spend quality time together singing, dancing, getting some exercise and having fun!
In this one hour session you will learn Isha Kriya, a simple 12-18 minute practice, to help you meditate effortlessly. Isha Kriya does not require previous experience with meditation and can be done sitting in a chair.
