Qigong is a simple, yet effective way of balancing your mind and body. It can be practiced seated or standing. This program is for patrons 18 years and older. Registration required.

LAST Stop is a drop-in program designed for teens in 6th through 12th grade to participate in fun activities, talk with friends, have snacks, and play games.
