Bring your imagination and sense of adventure as we explore a variety of art techniques sparked by the book "Beautiful Oops" by Barney Saltzberg. We will read the story together and then create a variety of "Scribble Fish" on watercolor paper.
Hands on Origami Workshop; award winning origami artist, Kuniko will show how to fold 2-3 origami Ocean Life models such as fish, turtle, whale… Students will follow her step by step instruction. The class includes self discovery group work.
To all teens who want to help by volunteering at their library, there's the Teen Advisory Board or TAB for short. TAB works to develop programs and strategies to make the library a welcoming environment for all individuals.
